1. Membership Dues Payments will not be refunded once applied to a member’s account.
2. Duplicate Payments and Overpayment Refunds
Duplicate payments will be refunded automatically. Overpayments will be credited to the member’s account or refunded upon request.
3. INWASCON Membership is not transferable.
4. Additional Costs incurred during the processing of INWASCON Membership Dues
Duplicate payments will be refunded automatically. Overpayments will be credited to the member’s account or refunded upon request.
5. Changes in Work Status
No facility exists to reduce membership dues during the current membership period in relation to a transfer, a change in status, or retirement. In all circumstances membership will be charged at the prescribed rates. It is the responsibility of members to notify INWASCON of any changes to their membership status. In the event that this fails to happen, no refunds will be given.
6. Exhibition Fee Refund Policy
If INWASCON declares force majeure, due to, imminent threat of circumstances that may make holding the event impractical or harmful to people attending it; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the conference.
Should INWASCON elect to cancel or reschedule an event, INWASCON will not refund any of exhibition and sponsorship fee.
INWASCON is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors.
7. Attendee Registration Fee Refund Policy

8. Publication Charges for Journals & Books
If any complaint, a partial credit will be issued to be used for another item.
