ICOGEL 2015 was held at Armada Hotel Kuala Lumpur as a small annual event of the society. Later on, ICOGEL has complete transformed into an International event since 2016.

ICOGEL 2017 will be held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in December 2017 and will attract top geologists from the world.
