Refund Policy

Conference organizers declare force majeure, due to, imminent threat of circumstances that may make holding the event impractical or harmful to people attending it; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the conference. There will be no refund for attendee registration cancellations received on or before the date of the conference.  If you registration included a magazine subscription, the ITech Mag subscription bundled will continue after cancelation. The full amount paid (which covers both the bundled magazine subscription, and a processing fee) will be never be refunded.   Conference organizers is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, venue property conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.
