The platform for publications, conferences, webinars is available online, so you have to participate in the running process and make real impact on how our online presence look like. This opportunity with real hands on experience and responsibility for the whole project.

Responsibilities

Your task will be to develop an restructure an existing online platform publications, conferences, webinars. You will be responsible for design as well as workability and user-friendliness of the platform for submission, navigation, registration and merchandising.
Experience Requirements
1-Entry to mid-level. Our successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic, committed and skillful; know the basics of website development and have relevant experience in it. The candidate should be able to demonstrate his/her works; well-developed study projects will be accepted as relevant experience.
2-Must be diploma holder or graduate of computer science with strong knowledge of web designing and development for word press sites
3-Must be Malaysian citizen or permanent resident

Call for a Marketing Executive (3 Vacancies)

INWASCON team is looking to hire a full-time marketing executives who would report to the Director INAWSCON. This role will support the publishing team in the promotion and execution of the publications and high-level executive conferences, webinars by growing and enhancing its audience and membership base.

Requirements

1. Create and execute event marketing plans, including managing and meeting deadlines associated with all aspects of the marketing campaign
2. Manage marketing budgets monitoring ROI for all marketing campaigns
3. Develop marketing briefs prior to the launch of each event. These briefs would outline key event details such as ticket pricing, target audience, potential industry partners, etc.
4. Create copy for email campaigns, printed brochures, letter mailings, and print and digital ads
5. Manage event inboxes
6. Request invite lists from list researcher and ensure there are sufficient leads. Be able to research other options for additional leads.
7. Deploy all email invites and monitor open/click rates
8. Regular website maintenance and edits ensuring conference website copy details are up to date and current
9. Manage social media plan leading up to the event as well as on-site tweeting
10. On-site support with registration
11. Reach out to appropriate prospects for supporting partnerships (media outlets and trade associations)
12. Post-event reporting and analysis
13. Must be diploma holder or graduate of computer science with strong knowledge of computer science and management
14. Must be Malaysia citizen or permanent resident

INWASCON team is looking for office administrator/secretary who would report to the Director INWASCON. The office administrator provides support to the director in running the organization. This individual does organizational support jobs sharing tasks with the director including office administration, project management, membership development, communications and publications, records management, and executive assistance.

Requirements
1. Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
2. Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
3. Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
4. Monitors office operations
5. Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
6. Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
7. Manages staff schedules
8. Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
9. Supervises all administrative personnel
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills
11. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
12. Highly organized and flexible
13. Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
14. Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
